Psychotherapist

Mental health affects our everyday lives, how we think, feel, act, and our relationships. I believe clients are the expert in their lives and if they are going through personal issues now or in the future, I want to be there side by side walking them through this difficult journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate working with individuals ranging from children, adolescents, and adults. My counseling experience has primarily focused on problems related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship issues, and problems related to parenting challenges. I’m passionate about my work and being able to provide a framework of acceptance, empathy, and compassion. With creating this safe space, I am to be able to empower my clients and supply them with useful tools to face current and future challenges. One of my goals is to emphasize my client’s strengths and self-awareness to be able to facilitate change, growth, and self-worth.

About Me:
I was born in Venezuela and came to the United States when I was very young. I moved to Houston, Texas when I was around 7 years old. I love traveling and visiting blue beaches. My passion has always been helping others as well as our furry companions. I love helping animals and I have been on the fostering journey since 2020. So far I have helped 13 animals, and plan on continuing for years to come. I am family oriented and enjoy spending time with family and loved ones, as well as embracing the outdoors either walking, biking, and taking in the beautiful Houston sun.
